How to Shop

Placing Your First Order Online?

Place your order at following these 7 quick and easy steps:

1) Find the merchandise you wish to purchase. 

2) Add the Merchandise to Your Shopping Cart

3) Proceed to Checkout

4) Sign In/Create a New Account/Choose guest checkout

5) Enter a Shipping Address 

6) Provide Payment Information and authorization 

7) View or print your Order Acknowledgment and check your Order status

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please read our FAQs.

1. Find the merchandise you want to purchase.

Browse or search for the merchandise you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located at the top & bottom on every page of our site. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed merchandise -specific searches in the top navigation bar of each division. When you find a merchandise that interests you, click the title or name or images of the merchandise to view its merchandise detail page. Here you will find more information about the selected merchandise, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the merchandise will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.

2. Add the merchandise to Your Shopping Bag 

While on the merchandise details page click on the “Buy this Now” button. Once you've added a merchandise to your Shopping cart, you can continue to search or browse the site until your cart/ bag contains all of the merchandise you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping cart at any time by clicking on “Shopping cart” at the top of every page of our website. You can also add items to your “Wish list” to buy later or share it with your friends on social sites.

You can also choose to become a Rewards Member [fees as applicable] and add SoundMonk Vouchers to the cart.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the merchandise you've placed in your Shopping cart. 

You can do the following with merchandise in your shopping cart:

·         * Increase or decrease the quantity you want to buy by changing the number in the qty box and clicking the “Update Cart” button at the top of the cart.

·         * Remove a merchandise that you don't want to purchase by selecting the “Delete” check box below the merchandise and then clicking the “Update cart” button at the top of the cart.

·         * Hold merchandise in your cart/ “Save for Later” : If you prefer to wait until another day to buy then as a registered customer whatever you add to the cart is saved and not removed for 90 days or until it goes out of stock. Merchandise in your Shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the merchandise detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price the merchandise held when you first placed it in your cart. You will be informed if any merchandise is “out of stock”.  

 ·         *Become a Rewards Member-You will be given an option to become a Rewards member (our loyalty program) in the shopping cart page, If you click the button “Add to Cart” the BRP merchandise also gets added to the cart at a nominal charge of Rs 175/- [Rupees one hundred and seventy five ] [inclusive of taxes].

·         Buy Gift vouchers:-You will be given an option to buy the SoundMonk Gift vouchers in the shopping cart page. You can choose the denomination 100, 250, 500 & 1000 and then press the button “Add to cart”. The Gift Voucher with the selected denomination will get added to the cart. You can then change the qty for the gift vouchers.

Press the button “Proceed to checkout” to go to the Shipping details page.



4. Login/Create a New Account/Choose guest checkout 

On this page you will have the option of doing any one of the following:

*  Login - click on Existing User?: Login

     If you are already a registered customer at, then please provide your           sign in or login details i.e. e-mail address and password (the one provided at the time of registration with

If you have forgotten your password please click on forgot your password link and provide the email id, we will retrieve the password and send it to your e-mail account registered with us.

*     Create a new account - click on “New User? Register. If you are not yet a registered customer, you can register and become a member at Type your name & email id (this should be your active e-mail account), Gender, Date of birth and password for your account. Password should contain both alphabets and numbers (e.g. grtlp47) and have min 6 characters. Passwords are case sensitive. As a member you can enjoy following benefits:

*Express Checkout - Login and proceed to checkout for quick ordering

*Order History - Review the details of your Order history and status.

*Address Book - Create and save addresses of your family & friends for faster check out.

*Exclusive offers and specials - Get to participate in exciting promotions and offers.

*Continue as guest - You don't have to register or set-up an account to shop and place an order with us. However, as a guest customer, you will not be able to enjoy the following benefits:

a) Express Checkout - Sign in and proceed to checkout for quick ordering.

b) Order History - Review the details of your Order history and status.

c) Address Book - Create and save addresses of your family & friends for faster check out

d) Rewards Program benefits


If you are a rewards member, you may however shop on, without registering and still earn points on your purchases by entering your 10 digit rewards membership number on the billing page. 

Please note you will be unable to get the rewards points unless you mention your 10 digit rewards number on the billing page, in the space provided.

5. Enter a Shipping Address 

Tell us where you would like us to ship your order by filling in the shipping & billing address. We do not ship to “PO BOX” addresses. For more details on shipping please refer to our shipping policy

All orders usually ship in 5 to 7 working days. We will intimate you if we see an unexpected delay in your order. Though we will make our best efforts to fulfill your order, all orders are subject to availability of stock. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the billing information page just before you submit your order. Check the accuracy of all the information you have provided and make any necessary corrections.

Request a gift wrap to your merchandise purchased by clicking the “Gift Wrap” checkbox under the merchandise description. We do not charge for gift wrapping.

Press the “Continue” button to go to the next page.

6) Provide Payment Information and authorization

Apply discount coupon - If you have a SoundMonk promotion coupon that you would want to redeem, enter the promotion code provided and click on the “Apply” button before you proceed ahead.

Earn Loyalty Points – You have to mention your 10 digit Rewards Program membership details to accumulate points.

·         When you are ready, click the “Pay” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, you will be taken to payment gateway page, here you would need to provide your payment information. 

Next; let us know how you would like to pay for your order, on the Bank payment gateway page. We accept Master / Visa credit and debit cards, American Express Credit Cards (if supported for online transactions by your issuing bank), Net Banking with more than 40 Banks, Cheque/ DD are accepted . All orders must be prepaid.  We accept Bank deposit, Bank Eft, ATM or COD .


7. Check your Order Status

After your order is complete i.e. your payment is successfully authorized by your bank, you will be taken to Order detail page. This page would provide you the details of the order you have just placed along with the Order number. You may save this for future reference. We will also send you an order confirmation e-mail message providing same details. Also you can view your order status by clicking on “Order no”. Registered users can also check order history and order status logging into "My Account" section in the “My Orders” link.
